Consultations - times and costs
A first appointment usually lasts
for about 90 minutes to allow plenty of time for you to discuss all aspects of your
health. There's no need to worry…… the consultation is very relaxed and there
are no tests or invasive examinations.
When you book you first appointment you will be sent an information pack which explains
what you need to bring on your first visit to the practice.
Follow-up visits usually take up to 45 minutes and are initially 3-4 weekly according to individual need. A minimum of 3-4 appointments is generally recommended to fully experience long term benefits, reducing the frequency of visits as symptoms improve. Longer follow-up appointments can be arranged if needed.
Consultation fees from April 2008 (these include all remedies prescribed at your appointment).
Adults:
1st appointment £60 / follow-ups £35
Children under18 & students
1st appointment £50 / follow-ups £28
Prescriptions between appointments are as follows:
Repeat prescriptions/ remedy orders:
½ bottle £1.75 / full bottle £3.25
Acute prescriptions £6.25 (postage no extra charge)
Toothpastes, creams & tinctures , supplements and a range of organic and eco-friendly products etc. are also available to clients from the practice shop.
